Mickey’s Not-so-Scary is a ticketed event the Magic Kingdom puts on every year to celebrate Halloween. One of the highlights of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is the opportunity to meet and greet exclusive characters. Mainstreet:
Mickey Mouse Meets in his usual spot in Town Square Theater with a spooky twist, he is in his Vampire costume.
Tinkerbell also meets in her usual spot at Town Square Theater. Though she is in her regular outfit that she wears when she meets guest day.
Liberty Square:
Jack Skellington and Sally can be found at the Liberty Square Gazebo. They are a popular meet in greet with wait times that can reach over two hours. If you have your heart set on meeting this frightful pair make sure to line up early.
Fantasyland:
Cinderella's stepsisters Anastasia and Drizzella can be found by the Castles wall. These two can be quite funny and make for a fun meet and greet, though you can find them during the day at the same spot.
Belle and Gaston can be found together near Gaston’s Tavern, Belle is in her blue dress and, usually, Belle only has a meet and greet in Epcot, though you can find Gaston during normal park hours in the same location.
Ariel comes out of her Grotto during Mickey’s Not So Scary and brings along Prince Eric. You can find this pair Near Under the Sea-Journey of The Little Mermaid.
Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet show off their cute Halloween costumes during the party. This meet and greet can make for a fun picture. They can be found by The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
Cinderella & Princess Elena can be found at Princess Fairytale Hall, there meet and greet is the same as it is during park hours though with the party it can make for a short wait to meet these Princesses.
Rapunzel and Tiana can also be found at Princess Fairytale Hall with the same meet and greet they have during normal park hour.
Alice, The Mad Hatter, Tweedle Dee &Tweedle Dum, and The Queen of Hearts can be found Near the mad TeaCups.
Frontierland:
Brer Fox and Brer Rabbit can be found walking around near the Country Bear Jamboree though not an official meet and Greet they are a fun time to see.
Adventureland:
At the Agrabah you can meet either Aladdin with Abu or Princess Jasmine with the Genie, these characters flip back and forth throughout the night so make sure to keep checking back to meet each of these duos from Aladen.
Jafar is also lurking nearby Agrabah. This is a rare time to meet a Disney Villian at Walt Disney World.
Tarzan is joined during the party by Terk. They can be found across from Sunshine Tree Terrace.
Captain Jack Sparrow’s meet and greet is held at the Caribbean Plaza.
Moana is also a popular character to meet during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. She can be found at Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room. This line can get extremely long so make sure to line up early or check by at the end of the night to meet Moana.
Storybook Circus:
The Seven Dwarfs can be found at Pete’s Silly Sideshow. They are another extremely popular meet and greet at the party. It is rare to meet all of the Seven Dwarfs at once making for a super long line so make sure to get in line early to meet them.
Donald, Daisy, and Minnie Mouse can be found near Casey Jr. Splash ‘N ‘Soak Station. During the party Donald is dressed as a pumpkin, Daisy is in her princess costume and Minnie is dressed as a witch.
Goofy can be found near The Barnstormer in his pirate costume.
Tomorrowland
Lots-o’-Huggin’ Bear from the Pixar film Toy Story 3 can be found near Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin.
Stich dressed in an Elvis costume is new to the party this year. He can be found Inside Stitch’s Great Escape.
Do not forget to take some time to watch the Cadaver Dans in Frontierland performing spooky songs like “Cruella Devil”, “The Headless Horseman”, “Oogie Boogie Song” and much more. Their performance times are 7:00, 7:45, 8:30, 9:50, and 10:30.
Though not an official character meet and greet, either Madame Carlotta or Madame Renata can be seen outside of The Haunted Mansion. Make sure to stop by to watch them because they will provide a good laugh.
